Founded in 1906 at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Phi Kappa Tau is a national fraternity that fosters three core ideals within its membership:With our local chapter (Gamma Xi) which was founded in 1966 our brothers strive to work hard to attain the ideals of true brotherhood, learning, and exemplary character.Brothers of the Gamma Xi Chapter value the opportunities that we as chapter create together, including learning leadership skills, enjoying brotherhood events, or working fundraising events to support Serious Fun Children's Network like our Halloween event Phi Tau Fright Nights.
